There is no limit to the amount of Projects that can be created, or the amount of Projects that any entity can be associated with. REQUEST
One instance of a Workflow Process made up of one or more Tasks. Example: A single Creative going through an Approval Process has multiple steps. Creative, Legal, and Executives would all be a single Request.

REQUEST TYPE
Categorization of the request within the system. There are currently three types of Requests: Creative Approval, Creative Request, and General Request.

REQUESTOR
User who creates the Request within the system.

ROUND
The number of times a Request has been through a Workflow Process. Example, if a Request starts over because the Requestor is not satisfied, new Tasks will be created and the restart will start fresh with a blank Comments & Activities section.

TASK
One instance of a step within Request. This is characterized by one or more Assignee’s and has custom notifications setup. Example: A single Creative going through an approval Process will have several Tasks assigned to different users depending on the Steps within that process.

WORKFLOW DASHBOARD
Dashboard detailing the different throughput of specific request types.

WORKFLOW PROCESS
Custom Business Management Process (BPM) using Steps, Gateways and Timers. Example Processes: Creative or Asset.

WORKFLOW PROCESS STEP
